You will find all the information regarding the production time and any additional product information on the selected product page. The time of production may differentiate depending on the jewelry piece. Please note that the production time does not include the shipment. We highly suggest that you carefully look at the timings before purchase. If you have any timing urgency please do not hesitate to contact us at info@ludojewellery.com, we will do our best to try and accomodate your request.

Please make sure that you give us the right shipping address, this should be somewhere possible for you to receive and collect the package. We do not retain Ludo responsible for any extra costs regarding uncollected or undelivered packages due to a wrong or unaccessible address.  

National Orders:

You will find the shipping costs at checkout when selecting the address and region, prices may change due to package’s dimensions and destination. This cost will be appear in your invoice voices. All packages are sent via SDA Express Courier. Once the package will be sent we will provide you with a SMART ALLERT code which tracks your package. In Italy SDA states to deliver packages within the next day after you receive the Smart Allert, this does not include Sardegna, Calabria and Sicilia which have a different delivery timing. This information is provided by SDA Express Courier, so we do not guarantee an exact delivery time based on this information and do not retain Ludo responsible for any delay.

International Orders:

You will find the shipping costs at checkout when selecting the address and State, prices may change due to package’s dimensions and destination. This cost will be appear in your invoice voices. All packages are sent via DHL Express Worldwide. Once the package will be sent we will provide you with a tracking code. Please note that you will not receive the tracking code at the time of purchase, but only once the package has been sent. Expected shipment time will vary depending on the final destination. Please check www.dhl.com if you need any additional information regarding delivery timings for your specific case. This information is provided by DHL, so we do not guarantee an exact delivery time based on this information and do not retain Ludo responsible for any delay. Additional import, customs, and sales taxes may be added in accordance with your country’s specific requirements.
