Repairs and Returns
Repairs:
If your jewelry gets damaged during transportation or if it bends or breaks in any way while wearing it and it is not wearable anymore please let us know as soon as possible. We have a thirty (30) days warranty and will replace your piece if informed within that time. In this case we are not responsible for shipping and customs charges.
If the jewelry gets damaged after that term (30 days) we are at your disposal to repair it for a service charge. In this case we are not responsible for shipping and customs charges.
Returns:
We want you to be happy and we believe that something has to be bought only if it makes you feel like on the moon! So if by any chance the piece of jewelry you bought is not exactly what you expected we can exchange it for you within fourteen (14) days from purchase. The jewel has to be unworn and in its original packaging. We will provide you with a Ludo shopping credit coupon for the amount of the returned piece of jewelry excluding shipping costs. Unfortunately for hygienic purposes we do not accept earrings back.
Watch Out!
In case of returns or repair please mind that before returning any piece of jewelry to us you need an authorization from our behalf.
Write an email header RETURNS an REPAIRS at info@ludojewellery including the following:
- Photos of the damaged or broken piece of jewellery
- Ludo’s purchase invoice
After we receive your email we will process it and if the damage or return case is approved we will send you a return form and the invoice with repair and shipping costs. Just follow the instructions on the form! If we believe that the piece should not be replaced we reserve the right to deny any replacement, exchange or return.

All our jewelry is handmade, this means that we have a great control over each piece and we define quality as one of our fundamentals but it may also be the cause of some little imperfections. These imperfections are what makes your piece a unique piece, please don’t look at them with contempt!
