Nimbus is Ludo’s debut jewellery collection. The cloud is the core element, silently followed by the sun. Although clouds are defined and categorized by science, they remain the object of our imagination’s playground. We all have, at least once in our life, looked up towards the sky and recognized in the clouds above a shape or a character, following its evolution and decomposition as it turns into something new and unexpected. Nimbus gives the wearer this same feeling of freedom and power: you are the decisive element sorting each cloud’s ultimate fate. Movement is an essential element of the collection, pointing to the continuous motion of the Earth. The juxtaposition of disparate finishes and extreme graphic lines, reminiscent of an archaic symbolism, give life to these unique pieces.
